David Malone Business Owner

David Malone - Founder & CEO

CEO David Malone founded CashIQ following the successful creation and launch of Twelve Horses Ltd.- a marketing automation technology company operating in the U.S. and EMEA. Operating since early 2000, David assembled a leading edge R&D facility in Ireland and a high calibre management team to head the company's development in North America. Prior to founding Twelve Horses, David developed a digital imaging and printing group, which had operations in Europe and North America. He directed the development of web based digital print, which combined personalization with web and print and successfully deployed solutions to Novell, SmithKline Beecham, I.B.M., Lotus and Oracle.

Paul Byrne

Paul Byrne - Managing Director UK & Ireland

Paul Byrne joined the CashIQ leadership team in January 2011. Paul has a very strong and proven track record with deep knowledge of the credit & risk management, business intelligence, technology and communications markets. Previously he was Market Leader of D&B Ireland, and Managing Director of ICC UK and Ireland which in 2009 was successfully sold to Dun and Bradstreet, a global leader in credit information and business intelligence. Prior to joining ICC UK in 2006, his leadership experience includes 10 years in senior commercial, operational, and customer management roles with Cable & Wireless plc, a global telecommunications and ICT company, where he developed and delivered solutions for customers across EMEA, the Americas and AsiaPac.

Alastair Laidlaw – Chief Financial Officer

Alastair Laidlaw joined the CashIQ leadership team in May 2011. Alastair has over 10 years experience of the credit information business in UK and Europe. Initially as Financial Controller for ICC UK and Ireland and then as CFO for Bisnode`s credit information unit across Europe. Responsible for introducing a strategy framework including 3 year business plans to identify key investment opportunities to ensure profit improvement. In the last two years managed Bisnode`s franchise relationship with Dun & Bradstreet Inc. Prior to joining ICC Information in 1998 gained Financial controller level experience in a range of businesses including Publishing, Engineering and Consultancy.

Sharon Lynch - Operations Director

In 2004 Sharon joined Twelve Horses as Financial Controller, where she developed and implemented strong systems of internal control procedures. Sharon has managed collections activities working with debtors such as Deloitte, Eircom, Bord Failte, Oracle, Novell and IBM.

Andre Manning - CTO

Andre joined CashIQ in April 2011 after successfully developing a large scale data visualization engine for Twelve Horses. A graduate in Mathematics & Economics Andre has15 years software development experience. Currently pursuing an interest in Scala in enterprise solutions and latest breed of NoSql technologies Varied work experience working in all sizes of companies from start-up to blue chip across many industry sectors including Telecoms, Finance, Public sector and funded research projects (in collaboration with academic institutes).

Steven Gill Service Delivery

Steven Gill - Service Delivery Manager UK & Ireland

Steven is responsible for new client implementations and existing client services and support. He has been part of our team from day one and comes to us with a number of years experience in a large multi-national global services centre in Dublin where he has successfully developed and deployed world class support services for multi-national IT service providers. Through combined PMI® and ITIL® aligned strategies Steven ensures a continual succession of satisfied customers from sign up and implementation through to ongoing support services, including software development & deployment lifecycles.

Daniel Podolsky - Systems Architect

Daniel joined CashIQ in 2010. Daniel graduated in 1989-1994 in Russia, St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University, graduating in computing systems and networks. From 1998 - 2000 was IT manager, network administrator at Process Insight Research Ltd., Edinburgh. From 2000 - 2008 he worked for Twelve Horses Ltd maintaining and improving development-and-test Internet software (Unix-based). Configuring and performance tuning of development-and-test SMTP, HTTP and DNS servers. Java programming (Internet services, scalable fast SMTP server). Development group consulting (Internet network protocols.) Daniel is currently responsible for the successful deployment of our CashIQ software on the Amazon cloud.

David Pierce

David Pierce - Chairman

David Pierce recently established his own consultancy specializing in assisting high potential start-ups. David was a Director of Ulster Bank Corporate Banking and Financial Markets and Ulster Bank Commercial Services Limited. David joined Ulster Bank in 1978 from Deloitte & Touche and worked with Ulster Investment Bank and Ulster Bank Commercial Services before taking up his position as Head of Marketing and Inward investment. He was responsible for marketing the Ulster Bank Group to overseas business locating in Ireland and worked closely with all overseas RBS offices. David has been involved with the Dublin Chamber of Commerce for many years and served as President in 2004. He is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a Past President of the Leinster Region ACCA.

Alistair Pauline

Alistair Pauline

Alistair has 20 years experience in the business information across Europe. He is currently the owner/MD of Key Note a leading UK market research company which he acquired in late 2008. Until mid 2008 he was the CEO of Bisnode’s Credit & Risk division which was a unit that comprised 20 Credit Information companies in 15 European countries with combined revenues of £125M. During this period he was also an integral member of the Dun & Bradstreet WorldwideNetwork Board making a significant personal contribution to strategic and tactical decision making for whole Network. Prior to that he was MD for ICC UK (1995) and prior to that held a number of Financial Controller roles. Alistair is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
