David Malone
CEO David Malone founded CashIQ following the successful creation and launch of Twelve Horses Ltd.- a marketing automation technology company operating in the U.S. and EMEA. Operating since early 2000, David assembled a leading edge R&D facility in Ireland and a high calibre management team to head the company's development in North America. Prior to founding Twelve Horses, David developed a digital imaging and printing group, which had operations in Europe and North America. He directed the development of web based digital print, which combined personalization with web and print and successfully deployed solutions to Novell, SmithKline Beecham, I.B.M., Lotus and Oracle.
In his spare time, David can be found cooking or cycling in France.
Pavel Smirnov
Pavel Smirnov - Information Technology specialist with over 20 years of cross industry and cross technology software and infrastructe development experience. For over a decade Pavel was at the forefront of ERP and Online systems development and rollout in a large manufacturing outfit in Russia. At the same time Pavel led a successful wireless Internet provider startup. Since moving to Ireland in 2001 Pavel has contributed to a number of companies in supply chain, managed services and financial services areas. Later Pavel got involved with telecoms industry having architected a value proposition, which secured a business for 50 strong team for a large platform project for Ericsson. One of the latest priorities in Pavel's career is driving intellectual property development for startup companies with specific focus on smart finance management leveraging modern day communications technologies and advanced business workflow tooling.
Steven Gill
Steven has been part of our team from day one and comes to us with a number of years experience in a large multi-national global services centre in Dublin where he has successfully developed and deployed world class support services for multi-national IT service providers.
Through combined PMI® and ITIL® aligned strategies Steven ensures a continual deployment of software releases and a succession of satisfied customers.
John McElligott
John is a successful General Manager with experience across the eCommerce, Financial Services and Media industries, and a specialization in the online space.
John currently serves as MD of the leading Danish online classifieds site, DBA.dk., which was bought by eBay in 2008. He has previously been responsible for global strategy and M&A for eBayтАЩs Classifieds Group. He has also served as MD of eBay Ireland.
John has a track record in driving innovation and business growth. His primary business focus is on customer needs, and how best to serve them. JohnтАЩs passion is using technology to solve business problems.
John sits of the board of Aventura Venture Partners and RTS Technology Ltd, as well as on the advisory board of BriteBill Ltd.. He is an early stage investor in a number of companies.
In his spare time, John can be found on the nearest golf course or hiking the nearest mountain. He is also active in a childrenтАЩs charity.
