July 2010 - Code of Conduct

In May the IICM released the finalised version of its Debt Collection Code of Conduct. After a period of review and in-house training CashIQ is proud to announce that we are fully compliant with this Code. Read or download the official Code of Conduct.

28th May - Office Move Success!

We have now officially moved to our new offices and would like to thank everyone at the Digital Hub for their help in a seamless transition. There will be some photos updated on our Facebook account soon, our contact details and directions map are now up to date.

May 2010 - New Offices

We are happy to announce that The Digital Hub has confirmed our new office space, located just off Crane Street. We have secured these brand new offices on the top floor located a stones throw away from the Guiness Enterprise Centre. We will be updating our map in the Directions section soon.

December 2009 - Successful deployment on Amazon Web Services

Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) is a web service that provides resizable compute capacity in the cloud. It is designed to make web-scale computing easier for developers like Bright Knights.

Amazon EC2’s simple web service interface allows us to obtain and configure capacity with minimal friction. It provides us with complete control of our computing resources and lets us run BrightKnights on Amazon’s proven computing environment. Amazon EC2 reduces the time required to obtain and boot new server instances to minutes, allowing Bright Knights to quickly scale capacity, both up and down, as our customers’ computing requirements change. Amazon EC2 changes the economics of computing by allowing us to pay only for capacity that our customers actually use. We have developed tools to build failure resilient applications and isolate them from common failure scenarios.

This development ensures Bright Knights can keep computing costs down whilst delivering a reliable secure service
